Alyag's So Very Vlog, Episode 2 is out on teh YouTubez!
Took an extra few days to make this one; I was riddled with all manners of technical issues last week, and have since upgraded not only my rambling monologue microphone (a Shure lav I'd snagged for a steal of a deal), but also a new phone for an improved camera's sake. Also been slowly improving my video editing chops, so there's that.
In this week's video I touch on guitar processing hardware, specifically in the context of electronic music production and performance. I play though four of my recently created (and, as of late, absolutely essential) patches, discuss the pros and cons of traditional amplification versus digital signal processing, do an overview of the routing and settings I've found to work best for my own studio and live performance setups, and then some.
See the YouTube video description for a full transcript of the rant, and my advance n' humble thanks for watching!
